Olympus Ev offers a 2-year or 1800 mile whichever comes first limited warranty on all our carts, a 5-year descending warranty on our batteries, and a 1-year limited warranty on all electronics as described below. Carts must be purchased from an authorized Olympus Ev dealer for a valid warranty.

Olympus Ev Carts hereby warrants to the original purchaser on any Olympus Ev electric vehicle that the materials and components of a new Olympus Ev vehicle will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The period for our warranty is two years from date of purchase or 1800 miles whichever comes first. The two-year limited warranty covers electrical components, controller, charger, motor, and other parts except as listed in the following: Lithium batteries has a five-year descending warranty (first three years at 100%, 4th year is prorated at 80%, and 5th year if prorated at 60%). Infotainment screens have a 1-year warranty. All warranty evaluations/replacements must be performed by a certified technician. This warranty will cover replacement of all manufactured defective parts. The warranty only covers original factory installed parts and does not cover any aftermarket accessories even if installed by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in; transporting the Vehicle to and from 417 Custom Golf Carts LLC or an authorized Dealer, technician, of Olympus Ev. For warranty service. Olympus EV will offer technical assistance to help evaluate and determine actual issues with said trained technicians. The original purchaser must operate the vehicle and maintain the vehicle in accordance with the instructions provided in the owner's manual, the purchaser must return the product to the original dealer for evaluation of repairs.

EXCLUSIONS from this Warranty shall include: • Abnormal strain, neglect, or abuse, including lack of proper maintenance, and use contrary to the Owner’s/Operator’s Manual instructions. Olympus Ev recommends routine maintenance checks every six (6) months by an authorized technician. • Damage due to accident, collision, improper transportation, theft, or vandalism. • Installation of parts or accessories that are not original equipment provided by Olympus Ev. • Fading, rust, or deterioration, of any original components of the vehicle or any parts replaced in routine maintenance, due to exposure or ordinary wear and tear. • Modifications or alterations that affect the vehicle’s condition, operation, performance or durability. • Routine maintenance items, normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, or electrical components damaged because of fluctuations in electrical current. • Acts of God, e.g., lightning, hail damage, flooding, fire, etc. or other events over which Olympus EV has no control. Additionally, this warranty does not cover component failure or damage to vehicles which are leased or rented. This limited warranty does not apply to components which are subject to normal wear and tear. These items include but are not limited to tires, brakes, cable connections, seats, lights, fasteners, decals, or cosmetic body panels. Any customization or modification of the vehicle of any sort will void the warranty, and Olympus EV will not be held responsible for any damage caused by customizations or modification. Olympus EV makes no other warranty of any kind expressed or implied.

CUSTOMER’S RESPONSABILITY under this Warranty shall be to:

• Operate and maintain the vehicle as specified in the appropriate Owner’s/Operator’s Manual.

• Give notice to 417 Custom Golf Carts LLC of all apparent defects within ten (10) days of discovery.

• Cover all expenses related to diagnosis and/or labor.

*ANY ISSUES WITH TIRES or ALIGHNMENT SHOULD BE REPORTED WITHIN THIRTY (15) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. Transportation of the vehicle to and from an Authorized Olympus Ev Dealer for warranty service unless other transportation arrangements have been provided by Olympus Ev.

WARRANTY TRANSFER Olympus Ev warranty is non-transferable.

WARNING: ANY MODIFICATION OR CHANGE TO THE VEHICLE OR BATTERY CHARGER WHICH ALTERS THE WEIGHTDISTRIBUTION OR STABILITY OF THE VEHICLE, INCREASES THE VEHICLE'S SPEED OR ALTERS THE OUTPUT OF THE BATTERY CHARGER BEYOND FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS, CAN RESULT IN PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. DO NOT MAKE ANY SUCH MODIFICATIONS OR CHANGES. SUCH MODIFICATIONS OR CHANGES WILL VOID THE LIMITED WARRANTY. OLYMPUS EV DISCLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY SUCH MODIFICATIONS. CHANGES, OR SUCHALTERATIONS THAT WOULD ADVERSELY IMPACT THE SAFE OPERATION OF THE VEHICLE OR BATTERY CHARGER.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS IN NO CASE SHALL OLYMPUS EV BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL SPECIAL PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY ALLEGED FAILURE IN A VEHICLE OR BATTERY CHARGER, OR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR LOST TIME. INCONVENIENCE OR ANY ECONOMIC LOSS. WHETHER OR NOT OLYMPUS EV WAS APPRISED OF THE FOR SEE ABILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES. THE RIGHT OF PURCHASER TO RECOVER DAMAGES WITHIN THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION IS THE PURCHASER'S EXCLUSIVE ALTERNATIVE REMEDY IF THE LIMITED REMEDY OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE VEHICLE FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THIS ALTERNATIVE REMEDY WILL BE ENFORCEABLE EVEN IF THE LIMITED REMEDY OF REPAIR.
